With #bringbackourgirls trending internationally, and Nigeria mired in the after-effects of terrorism,Rukus returns to the music scene by lending his voice to the conversation and tapping renowned R&B crooner Teeklef to join him on the poignant “One Day”.
Already known in the Nigerian rap scene as one of the most gifted storytellers, Ruk weaves through three tales of everyday life in Nigeria today, while the smooth vocals of Teeklef call for better days ahead.
Now, with the success of his most recent mixtape Lucy’s Volume 1 already behind him, fans can anticipate Ruk releasing another track next week, and a slew of new material as summer begins.
